The SABF organization committee invites all birders and fans of natural world for this, the first South American Birds Fair were could be found equipment, books, art gallery and meet and contact governmental and non governmental agencies, cientifics, birdwatching groups and tour agencies and to share knowledge and experiences.

Many activities will be organized each day such as: bird watching, walks, conferencies on different knowledge levels, visits to natural surrounding areas, books presentation and much much more.

The SABF takes place in the outstanding San Martin de los Andes, Patagonia were is the converging area for three biogeographic regions, each of them with its own avifauna characteristic: Andean Forests, Patagonean Steppes and High Mountains, including wetlands and rural areas.

The Patagonia Argentina is one of the more interesting regions on South America.
The Birdwatching walks are complemented with pre and post ferial tours from 1 to 5 days each to some South American sites.

Several workshops will be carried out in order to deepen and/or complement different items such as: migration, photography, ringing and to share actual knowlegment among participants.

Turist operators out of South America shall the opportunity on the SABF to join and increase business on the principal market offer in this continent.
